Pros
Some of the people are warm and welcoming
Cons
Where to start, just too many cons - no onboarding and training provided to new hires. You are thrown into the deep end and expected to pick things up yourself - upon joining, the computer wasn’t set up and workstation was dirty (not a big deal but still first impression counts) - the team were in a rush to start assigning new files along with transition files from an ex-employee!! - working off too many systems which were outdated. Every process (which are inefficient) is manual, the systems are suppose to make your work easier but it’s the other way around. - no written and clear processes set up, if you ask your team a question, they can’t seem to give you the right direction, you have to go through multiple team mates and everyone has a different answer, leaving you to figure out yourself ! Seems as long as the work is getting done, the manager doesn’t care. - low salary and no work from home allowed - expects you to take calls out of office hours and weekends if client calls since you’re provided with a company phone! - outdated technology, and no real visible effort to make improvements.
