I can only speak for London but anedotal evidence suggest this plays out throughout the organisation.
many staff are earning much higher rates on old systems of pay so there is a wide disparity of staff pay.
Any person thinking of this employer should read several of the public staff surveys especially regarding bullying, treatment of staff, poor performance and poor leadership and staff morale, treatment of staff on disability and equality and corporate discipline.
Additionally any person joining should check stats on diversity and fairness and google the organisation regarding legal suits that may have been against it.
Anyone even considering joining should be unionised immediately
