      Easy job. Not sure there’s anything else.

      Cons

      7k/14k deductibles for health insurance and very expensive. Management tells you what you want to hear to get you in the door. Extremely underpaid. Toxic environment.

      Flexibility, job opportunity, lots to learn.

      Cons

      Company will fire you without notice. No sick time, company will screw you over raises and a fair wage, no rewards no matter the performance. Health insurance is a joke. Employees blamed for issues, when management doesn’t do their job. Company merged with Revance, but kept the crappy benefits package from Crown and chose to not merge Revance’s much better benefits package…
