Pros

Cons
High stress. So much talk from leadership but no one believes it anymore. I was always proud to go to events and represent the company everyone wanted to work for. The culture was great and I felt like I really mattered and what I did made an impact... Not anymore. Last year, our company laid off so many people. The knowledge that left our company with that layoff is still felt as people scramble to fill in the massive craters left in that layoff's wake. The psychological ripple affect has left so many of us wary of Crown's leadership. To say it has been a nightmare wouldn't even begin to describe it. The workloads on those of us left has more than doubled and we're told this is the norm now. On top of the additional workloads, KPIs have been tightened. Management continues to glaze over the fact we can't maintain this. In my department alone, we've had an unprecedented amount of people "abandon ship". There are openings for their replacements but no one is applying. It's really sad to see this company go from what it used to be to what it is now. I too am looking outside of this company because I'm tired of bailing water that's pooling faster than I can bail. I can honestly say I wouldn't recommend applying here under the current regime. Its clear the people who have helped carry this company don't matter to the current leadership...
