Positive reinforcement among coworkers. Great new leadership with efficiant results. Training through hands on work in an enjoyable way.

Cons

Short staff. There was a bit of a big change in maintenance and we are still rebuilding the dept. It is coming along great but we still need a few more good techs to fill the roster.

Drown in your own sweat. No exhaust system..Hard workers get treated badly..as long as u never call in come do nothing. This is your job
