      Sometimes it is hard to find the truth, especially nowadys in statutory audits. But, do not be discouraged. Rules were put in place so that society does not run into chaos.

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
