      Totally Depends which team are you in, earlier all was good but later it became hell. If you are not putting extra hours forget higher increment

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
