      Lot of room to grow but great company overall to work for and very supportive leadership

      The internal processes can be more streamlined but as expected since they are a growing business in the offshore model

      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.
