Pros
Extremely helpful, friendly, and teamwork based working environment. Truly no-one brings down others and it fosters an environment of positivity and problem solving. A lot of people go out of their way to help or teach others.
Cons
Work life balance can be difficult at times. PTO is "take as you need" which puts pressure on people to not take as much time off. You feel guilty because its under your own jurisdiction.
