PTO, smart co-workers, great place to grow professionally, ability to use your knowledge to get a better salary elsewhere.
Cons
After a couple years of experience, the salary becomes below market value. They don't practice what they preach from a work/life perspective. You will work at least 50 hours every week at Crowe (anything less feels like a vacation).
