      Pros

      Usually only theoretical in every company, Crowe really have open gate policy. Everyone gets heard and get aligned with their aspirations Work life balance is awesome

      Cons

      Crowe is not is software development company and dont think about softwares / development in usual way that any dedicated software development company would. However Crowe is investing a lot in getting there

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.
