      -Encourages CPA licensure -Career Coaches who care about both your career growth and personal life -Continual learning and career development -Crowe actively listens & implements solutions to its employees' wants/needs (feedback portals, innovation portals, etc.) -A lot of opportunities to give back/volunteer in the community -And best of all, amazing people to work with!

      -the long busy season hours (that all public accounting firms experience)

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
