Pros
The culture at Crowe is exactly what I was looking for. I have been working here for three months and from my experience they truly understand and want you to have a work/life balance. Although a lot of companies say they care about work/life balance, from talking to others at bigger Accounting firms they do not have it like Crowe does. It is also very community base and people care about one another and get to know each other.
Cons
A lot of travel which is not for me. I wish my office had more local clients
