      Pros

      Great colleagues, comfortable working environment and good salary increment.

      Cons

      Workload can be too much at times which requires me to work overtime (unpaid) at office and even at home. Work too repetitive, no opportunity to broaden my knowledge in other accounting/tax/finance area.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
