Pros
Lots of variety and work, great intern program that allows college students to get their foot in the door.
Cons
Management and team structure are not conducive to success. The manager I worked with was a micromanager and played favorites. The performance management is a little bit off. What I mean by that is all of the managers, even ones that you don't interact with or work with, all talk about your performance and determine your annual rating. This isn't fair, and is quite gossipy. I also had to work a lot of overtime, without any choice. They also need to develop a consistent deployment process. Please focus on your development teams and making sure all products have adequate resources and upper management isn't over-promising. QA also needs to be a standard and not an exception.
