Pros
Great people work at the company some of which I now consider good friends outside of work. Pretty good benefits. Ability to switch teams internally. Has ChatGPT enterprise license that is great for learning AI
Cons
The team (that I am on at least) is poorly managed. Great workers are held to a higher standard and given “opportunities” where they are set up to fail. No accountability from management. “Encouraged” to share ideas, yet new ideas and ways of working are not well received.
