Pros
Flexibility with hours, appointments, PTO etc. People I worked with were phenomenal and would have departed earlier if not for them.
Cons
No bonuses 2 years in a row. No profit sharing. Constant re-orgs. Felt like new management was attempting to slim down the field and lost some of the culture that once made Crowe great.
