Pros

A few supportive teammates who banded together to survive the chaos. (Honestly, that’s about it

Cons

- Product quality is dire. When launches flop, ownership reflexively blames staff instead of fixing the root problems. - Contracts mean nothing here. I witnessed multiple occasions where clauses were ignored or red-lined after signatures. - Several probationary hires were never paid. They completed full months of work and were shown the door with zero compensation. - Compensation is far below market. Expect bargain-basement salaries, no bonuses, no raises, and plenty of excuses. - Zero benefits, zero follow-through. Anything “promised” in interviews quietly vanishes once you’re onboard. - Open prejudice toward foreign employees. Leadership doesn’t bother to hide their discontent; discriminatory remarks were common and unaddressed. Bottom line: If you value being paid on time, treated with basic respect, and working on products that have a real chance to succeed, look elsewhere.

Nothing good to share here

Cons

Here is a negative company review in English for a company that did not fulfill the employment contract: Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with [Company Name]. They failed to meet several clauses of the employment contract, which resulted in numerous problems for me. Firstly, the company did not honor the agreed payment deadlines, regularly delaying salaries and causing significant financial stress. Additionally, the working conditions promised during the hiring process were not provided, and the necessary resources to perform my tasks effectively were consistently unavailable. Lack of communication was also a major issue. Attempts to resolve these problems with management were ignored or inadequately addressed. Promises of improvements were never fulfilled, leaving a sense of helplessness and frustration. Lastly, upon terminating my contract, the company refused to pay the severance benefits that were due, clearly violating the agreed terms. This caused even more difficulties and disruptions. In summary, my experience with Crowdform was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I do not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable employment and a respectful work environment.
