Pros
Great safety culture. Always trying to help you grow. Love the diverse projects. Instead of a Human Resources Department they call it "Employee Services" which is what they do- great support! Every region is different and the one I am a part of encourages growth, training, safety, and teambuilding. They do stand by their mission statement.
Cons
Communication could be better from all Regions/Divisions with regards to personnel changes. If an employee' s spouse has health insurance available from their employer there is an additional fee to pay to have them on a Crowder plan.
