      None, this is an absolute terrible disgusting org, terrible environment, severe product failures, reversion to innovate, with elitist narcissistic leadership that blame employees and hang them out to dry. This place is miserable and it will destroy you.

      Absolute terrible org, terrible environment, severe product failures. No ability to make any money at all. Elitist narcissistic leadership that blame employees and hang them out to dry. The turnover is unreal, and the way they kick you when you are down is even worse. Employment at Crowdbotics is the definition of corporate hell, nothing works and leadership set you on fire.

      Project estimation always left deficits in the financing of projects. Also the strategy to favour junior devs with lesser pay caused projects to linger

      I was fine with my job until things became too messy.

      Cons

      Crowdbotics has an inefficient and disorganized work environment, and the chaotic management is to blame. Our supervisors don't seem to have any clue about what to do about our problems in the workplace. They make terrible decisions that lead to consequential and unhelpful actions. The leadership here is too messy and incompetent to properly lead.
