Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry that your current experience with Crosstide is not living up to your, and our, expectations.
The decision to undertake a redundancy process is never taken lightly and we’re aware of the impact it has on all of our colleagues. This was in response to significant challenges in our industry and were part of efforts to ensure the future long term stability and success of the organisation.
We are glad that you highlighted how talented our engineering team is - we are proud of their accomplishments and Quality remains one of our 3 core values. This will continue to be fundamental to our journey as we expand our Data and AI Practice in response to increased client demand, founded on solid engineering principles. We will continue to share our strategic vision and direction through our monthly company updates and employee events. We also have an open door policy - any question is welcomed at any time, Richard has protected 2 hours every Tuesday morning solely for staff to book time directly with him. Likewise, please feel free to reach out to any member of the Senior Leadership Team for a discussion to share your thoughts.
Thank you for bearing with us during this transition period.
As a Senior Consultant, you are treated as the expert. Clients really value your input, and you get to see the "big picture" of how different companies operate, which is invaluable for long-term career strategy.
Cons
You can sometimes feel like an outsider. Since you are "the consultant," you don't always get to see the long-term results of your work once the hand-off is complete.
