Pros

Managers are laid back and chill, but maybe too laid back and too chill. Get to look at the newest vehicles in the automotive industry on a daily basis

Cons

General manager and sales managers provided zero training. Only internet staff get leads, while the floor sales fight over the two customers that come in who don’t have appointments set with the internet staff. Managers expect sales from someone with no training who just entered the industry but it’s impossible as customers aren’t coming in After having a fully staffed floor team, managers rehired someone who had quit a few months prior and as well as brought in someone else, even though with the current customer base there is not enough for everyone to get a good amount of sales. One of the floor sales members gets leads to pursue from the managers as essentially compensation for being buddy buddy’s with the managers.
