Pros
Wonderful, diverse patient population with good pay, annual bonus and great benefits. Regardless of sessions booked or attended, you are guaranteed your salary. Working in a direct primary care setting is fantastic for the patients since they have a treatment team at their convenience. I enjoy working with other providers (doctors, nurses, etc) in a team environment.
Cons
Management is so varied, depending on where you are assigned. Current management does not advocate for staff. They are primarily focused on pleasing the "client." It feels disjointed since it is such a huge company and every contract is different. There is high turnover that is addressed with "they just weren't a good fit for Crossover" without looking at root causes. They are really skilled in setting up clinics and providing tons of support from corporate and do a poor job of ongoing support.
