      Pros

      - Remote first company. - Health insurance is good.

      Cons

      - Leadership is completely unaligned - Lack of internal transparency - Very forced culture. Team champions have fully “drank the koolaid”. - Lack of internal communication between teams. Unsure if this is intentional so the team doesn’t realize what a disaster the company is. Their team values are completely for show.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment where employees are expected to learn and stretch their experience. Lots of opportunities to learn new technologies around AI, data science, etc. Leadership seems to try to keep employees informed about company status, strategy, future.

      Cons

      1. Lots of hours needed to get everything done given number of customers, new apps and features, etc. and size of team. 2. Can be chaotic at times.
