You will work under a micromanager who demands you filter all work for approval before sending it out to your clients. They will then criticize the most minor issues with spacing or syntax and document that you are not meeting expectations while causing a bottleneck and confusion. This place uses the old coaching out method. Once they're done using your body for the yearly clown show in the Fall. When they've finished, you'll be cast out and they will begin to look for the next unsuspecting victim for the cycle. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you can!
