Pros
Salary. Work with students who are provided a great opportunity for education and a good job.
Cons
They're vultures. While trying to build a business they look to the new hires to commit their personal and professional lives to make their organization better while only giving credit to those who work 60+ hours. They have you reach out to your doctors, friends, dentists, social media, and other people in your life and request donations for the organization. They also use the stories of students coming out of poverty and make them tell their story with the words of the organization. There's really no moving up in the company if that's what you're looking for. In my opinion, it's a bunch of people who think they're doing "God's work," but it really comes across like they have a savior complex. Their view of people in poverty and the narrative is what rubbed my personal and professional ethics. Example: intentionally triggering the students with traumatizing stories to get the students to open up. They don't have a good reputation with the community because of how they operate. This may be the place for you, especially if you're looking to gain some skills. Just a suggestion, know what you want before applying or ask good questions.
