Upper Level Management, Middle Management are deceiving or non competent. There is no HR. Product strategy and company strategy is Changing every 3 months. The company is simply dying and everyone knows about it thats why Wiley stopped this business. The All-team meetings are full of finger pointing between CS and Sales which creates a very toxic work environment. Managers do absolutely nothing to support you and set you up to fail. Everyone is overworked and they do not care how it affects morale. When you bring up concerns to HR, you are completely ignored (parent company is Wiley. I am using similar comments than a one given years later as it’s exactly the same situation today. Some of my co-workers were also clearly out of lines when dealing with women. It feels working back in the 70’s: comments about your breast, outfits…
