Pros
Very little. A few decent and friendly co-workers.
Cons
The single, most dreadful company I have ever worked for. They operate an outsourcing business rather than an IT business. Managerial incompetence was staggering (including one who often took naps in the office when he wasn't being verbally abusive to staff) with no knowledge of IT or customer service. Number crunchers (and not good ones) who make service delivery promises to companies that they have no intention of keeping. Workers will be punished when these promises are not delivered. Managers operate by threat, lies and verbal abuse. They opened the Tulsa office before providing furniture for staff (probably illegal but who knows - It is Oklahoma after all). Generally any employees with any talent or experience will be run out of the company before long (or will leave for better things). If you go the extra mile for a customer, expect to be coached/written-up/fired, especially if it doesn't fit into the official template. Free thinking, ingenuity, and initiative are not encouraged and will be punished. Corporate culture is vomit-worthy, mostly based on the typical 21st century propaganda styles using euphemisms and buzz words ("fast-paced" "close knit" "flat-structure"). "You will be treated as a resource, not a human being" should be located somewhere in the new-hire slide show but you can bet it won't be. Expect stress, betrayal and low pay. I'm sure there are local MacDonald's chains hiring that will offer safer, friendlier work environments with better managers, training and direction. Start there instead.
