Pros
I have worked here 11 years and its the best job in claims I have ever had. Management is very easy to deal with if you can follow directions. I love the office staff, they have some of the nicest girls around working for you in the office to help you do your job. They have a ton of work, if you are a good adjuster you will never go hungry. I have never made less than $200k a year with them and I only work daily claims so I am home each night with my family. I feel like the adjusting community among the staff is strong. I have lifetime friends I have made working here.
Cons
New or bad adjusters don't survive here if you cant follow directions. You are working with so many different Carriers that its easy to get guidelines crossed. They primarily handle daily claims and a ton of them, my box averages 25 open files at a time year around so its busy non stop. I drove 40,000 miles last year so windshield time is high but I live in a rural area so I assume its probably more for me than if I lived in a bigger city. I dont really have much cons but if you dont like hard work this wont be the place for you. The pay per claim isn't the best around but the volume really makes up for it.
