Pros
When I started I worked with a ton of great people but over time they were all fired (without cause) or pushed out or made so miserable through doing 5 peoples’ jobs that they left.
Cons
The new management brought in largely in 2021 are absolutely terrible. I’ve never worked somewhere that management so clearly didn’t give a crap about it’s people.
