Pros
- Everyone I worked with was extremely kind, friendly and helpful - Interally, the company thrived under previous management (previous CFO than the current one) - Had lots of freedom to suggest improvements to current processes, manager really believed in me and supported me - Company paid for my annual dues - Yearly annual bonus
Cons
- Benefits at the time could've been better (up to 80% covered, only $500 for other services like massages, therapy, etc) - I was only offered a promotion/increase in wages when I left the company
