      It’s an amazing job with Croner being Health and Safety Consultant with the vast amount of different organization's visited and the learning skills you gain from each company and how to communicate with so many levels within and different positions in organizations.

      Cons

      You travel lot but get to see places you would never think about going to.

      Pros

      great opportunities for growth and to earn extra commission even with not being in a sales role Malia is also extremely supportive and goes the extra mile for the team ;) overall the team atmosphere is great, even when the work does get stressful!

      Workload can be a lot and can be difficult to manage whilst maintaining quality
