Toxic culture with ineffective management and no support - HR Advisor Croner Employee Review

Where do I start? Management have no leadership skills Operates on a “boys club” mentality Bullying is rife…..but don’t raise a grievance as there is zero impartiality and it won’t be dealt with appropriately. Considering this is a HR company it’s laughable. Expect the absolute maximum while providing the absolute minimum! Staff turnover is ridiculous…..the only people that stay are part of said “boys club” or people that would never get a job elsewhere Unrealistic SLA’s Clients screaming at you because they have been missold a service and can’t get out of the ridiculous contract No help/support or guidance from management. Any decent manager leave after a few months as they realise they cannot influence the dead wood management that have been there for years If you have any kind of illness/disability then don’t expect any kind of reasonable adjustments…..they just don’t care!
