Pros

The fact me and my colleagues can trauma bond together.

Cons

ZERO training, your just expected to pick up the job and get completely left to it. Everyone hates their job and is looking to leave. The staff turnover is never-ending. Client experience manager has no idea what she’s doing nor does she have any people skills, she’s younger than most the team yet still speaks to us like babies. The only people doing well are management and above. You hear the craziest stories about things in the office and overhear directors speaking to people worse than I’d speak to my dog! There are multiple grievances against management / directors but never nothing ever comes of them. They only care about sales. No team nights, although no one wants to do anything with the managers there anyway. Unachievable incentives. No HR, yet a HR company.

Pros

great opportunities for growth and to earn extra commission even with not being in a sales role Malia is also extremely supportive and goes the extra mile for the team ;) overall the team atmosphere is great, even when the work does get stressful!

Cons

Workload can be a lot and can be difficult to manage whilst maintaining quality
