      Hardly there are any of it.

      Cons

      There are hell lot of cons. I can not wrap all of them here, I would advise all the freshers or experienced people to connect with ex employees and ask for their reviews before joining to this 10 yr old startup. Moreover to it the current reviews are forcefully targeted. It felt like a waste of my whole time spent in this startup.

      1) A great environment to work in. 2)There is a greater chance of building your reputation and recognition as it's a growing company. 3)A team of developers who know their job which makes it easy to work with them.

      Cons

      They sometimes call you to work on Saturdays.
