      Wide experience because you get to wear several hats at once.

      Cons

      Don't ever expect having a work-life balance when you work here. It's nonexistent. Say goodbye to your family, friends and all your nonwork activities because as long as you work here, your whole life will all be about your work. You get to go home just to take a quick rest and get ready for another battle as soon as you wake up.

      Pros

      Mid Sized company where people are heard and respected. It's an ISO certified company where we have lots of training, and where proactivity and ideas for any improvement in our day to day are encouraged. It's refreshing to see a company where, it's not just about the bottom line, but at the end of the day, patient care and data integrity are our ultimate concern.

      Cons

      If you want to remain anonymous or apathetic, this is not the company for you. Thinking and being a respectful, team participant is a must.
