I made some of the best friends I'll ever have working there, the people were great, few of them are actually left, but since they will be friends for life I gave two stars

Nothing groundbreaking that you haven't already read on here a hundred times already.. - HR is literally useless, (except at getting honest reviews on here taken down) When presented with any information regarding bullying, (someone in the office actually mailed a letter to HR from outside of the building to tell their story of how they felt intimiadated and bullied by a female CD in the office, because they were to afraid to go in person, and they didn't take it seriously at all) they did nothing about it, pretended to care but no action was ever taken. - A female CD who is on such a power trip terrorizes literally everyone in the building but because she has now cozied up to the CCO is somehow protected from her threatening emails, bullying, and gossiping about other creatives in the building, there have been multiple complaints to HR and in her reviews yet nothing is done. -CCO does nothing but play around in his toy box in the lobby and film podcasts no one watches, not a single pitch has even been won since he's been back, probably because he's actually never there just films himself at bike parks and just comes in when its convenient and he's bored. -ECD running the dept has literally closed down two other offices so probably not the best person for the job (but he is a white male and friends with Alex so he won't be going anywhere anytime soon) -There is a president AND a CEO.... no one knows why -Creatives leave and never get backfilled, I swear the only roles that get replaced are Media, how do you run a "creative shop " with no creatives? -New business- Sunbelt rentals?
