Pros
Treated well and as a valued team member; friendly mix of people from all walks of life; flexible and relaxed office; work socials; result-orientated. Being so close to those who benefit from their services made the work direct and 'worthwhile'.
Cons
Office could do with some plants/greenery and pictures/images. Looking out onto Commercial St. is not inspiring. A space for employees to relax outside would be nice, but space is limited.
