Rich rednecks who get rich off you - Project Manager Crisak Employee Review

Excellent reputation among clients. Repeat business and negotiated work.

Not well known in the greater DC Metro area.

One of the Pro's for Crisak, is their job base. Few jobs are bid and much of their work is Negotiated. This does set a pretty stable future it would seem.

I left Crisak mid, 2021. I have waited a year to write this review just to collect my thoughts I guess. And continuously forgetting to write it. I have read the other 3 reviews left previously and here is my take: Yes the owner is an interesting character and can be very difficult to deal with. I do know there were some ownership and management changes discussed before I left, but I do not know to what level. Hopefully this will help with employee retention, but I guess only time will tell.
