      most of the clients will be CEO, Directors, VP etc. you will get chance to deal with with c level executives as your clients

      Cons

      Toxic environment in Canada office, too much politics, managers in Canada office ( business development ) will never let you grow, they will blame team for their failure & will take credit of others good work.
