- Great company culture..."we hire adults to operate like adults" - Very smart, talented, dedicated employees - One of the best healthcare start-up opportunities in the market - Still early stage enough (Series A) to have a massive impact / shape the future - Mission driven, e.g. we get paid when patients stay out of the hospital
Cons
- Inevitable growing pains - Org structure is still "shaping up", so roles / responsibilities not always clear - Still VC backed, e.g. unproven financially but the opportunity is massive
