-Friendly employees and laid back office environment -Decent to work here for a short period to gain some experience -Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate anytime of the day -Somewhat lenient with scheduling time off, unless

-Very little encouragement from managment -Numerous open-ended discussions -Co-workers offered more feedback than management/supervisors -Informal and inconsistent communication from management (multiple assumptions made, not much clarifying and confirmation from management to employees)

Good People to work with but bare minimum work culture. Nothing exciting to work at this place

The office location is not great. Need more flexibility to work from home. Do not need to travel to the office to get work done.
