Pros

The team is made up of great people who really care about each other and want you to succeed

Cons

Leadership fires people on a whim. There was a BDR manager there who I felt would fight for us and support us, who really wanted individuals to succeed, but he left. They say they are open to hiring BDRs with no experience as this is a place to learn. Then when you are not an immediate success they fire you. They have a couple of people in the company that they think can solve every problem and just move them around to plug holes instead of focusing on creating new successes.

Pros

Creyos is a really strong place to grow your career, especially if you’re early or mid-career and want real ownership. There’s a clear bias toward promoting from within, and if you show initiative you’ll get opportunities to stretch beyond your role pretty quickly. It’s also a very social, close-knit team. I genuinely like the people I work with and that makes a difference in everything from day to day collaboration to company events. Working in the mental health/ cognitive space is meaningful and has real world impacts, which makes the work more motivating.

Cons

You have to be comfortable with ambiguity and willing to adapt as the company evolves. That environment is energizing for me, but it’s not for everyone. If you prefer more structure and predictability, it would be challenging.

Pros

The team members are great!

Cons

Management changes their KPIs and strategies every quarter. Often need to work overtime to hit targets.
