Friendly but stressful and too many projects - Software Developer Creuna Employee Review

What I appreciated the most was the culture of learning of each other. We spent every Friday afternoon drinking beer and talked about insights, struggles and happy moment that we experienced within our work during the week. We also did creative tasks that we presented to each other. It increased the team spirit, morale and learning experience.

You work, in my experience, within one area all the time. If you are a developer who are also a skilled designer and/or illustrator you either work with development or design and specializes within that area. This is positive for some people but some people like to be broader within their role.

- Low salary - Projects are usually information sites so not very fun to work with - Forget about going to conferences, only a select few gets to do that
