Good leadership, good CEO, beautiful facility

No cons that I can think of at this time

The facility is nice and doesn’t smell. It is like a pretty beautiful woman, but with a terrible character.

Terrible management completely disorganized. No one is on the same page whatsoever. The orientation is five days eight hours and you will spend 32 of the 40 hours listening to how terrible the company once was and their goals and making it better. It is long and drawn out nurses and staff would get a better benefit from The kinetic learning of being on the floor following a nurse or following a CNA for a shift or two. Also, if you go to orientation and you fill out timesheets, make triple sure that you take photos of that timesheets. I wasn’t compensated for two paychecks and I was evicted as a result.
