Needs to have a bigger budget overall. Of course this is based on donations from individuals and organizations.

Residents are absolutely amazing and love to share their stories!

Company does not disclose to families when a loved one is sent to the hospital for treatment (heart attack, stroke, fell, broke a bone) and will do so on multiple occasions. Supervisors take unfair disciplinary action on employees in school for less than 8 week notice for classes starting regardless if employee gives notice as soon as possible. The staff have no remorse/respect for residents personal belongings/medications, and WILL make it difficult for families whom are going into hospice care. The company has also withheld over $1000 form family after a loved one has left/passed for months after. Staff are not held accountable for not contacting family in case of emergencies and will lie to families.staff ignored hospital dietary restrictions without any remorse
