No growth, they never have the budget Upper management spends a lot everywhere Favors placeholder jobs rather than improving systems Very slow pace Approval process takes forever Have to pick up other people slack across all department No opportunity Insurance coverage do not include dental and the allowances has been cut by half

Great staff, very supportive, lots of room to improve.
