Pros
Nothing ever has to get done. It's just people blaming each other as to why deadlines arent hit so just keep your head down and your paycheck will be deposited.
Cons
The most dysfunctional IT department I have ever had to deal with. The CEO is completely clueless as to how the bank is run and everyone knows it's a disaster. Marketing head is a three month Google washout whose delusional take on training and the environment is quite sad. The infighting at the executive is embarassing. CIO is completely useless. Lowest IT pay in SA.
