Pros
Colleagues are often supportive many employees bond over shared struggles, which can create a sense of team solidarity.
Cons
Working at Credit Europe Bank was one of the most draining experiences of my career. The atmosphere is incredibly rigid, with a top-down management style that leaves no room for flexibility, empathy, or innovation. You’re treated more like a number than a human being. There’s no real investment in employee development or growth. Raises are nearly impossible to get, and any feedback is usually critical, not constructive. Morale is low, and turnover is high for good reason.
If you value your mental health, personal time, or professional integrity, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere.
