Great place - Patient Account Representative Credit Bureau Systems Employee Review

The company is not small by any means but it feels very lateral with all management up to the CEO available to speak with and involved with employees. Any of our agents that work commission make very good money and the sky is the limit when they work hard. Finally, for most employees, it is a very 8 to 5 job leaving time for nights and weekends with family.

Can we just fix health insurance across the nation? Like many companies, high deductible plans are par for the course.

It was an amazing job the get my work experience back after not working for 10 years of being a stay at home mom. It, itself is a great job.

The work environment is very hostile and toxic. The management specifically I would say is why they keep a very high turn over rate. I was given a choice between my life outside of work or my job. I chose my life. That was 05/23/2024
